Senior Business Analyst- Transformation

Position Overview

The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving transformation initiatives by analyzing designing and optimizing business processes in close partnership with Business Owners and senior leadership. This role focuses on creating sustainable value across RCLs brands and corporate functions including Finance Human Resources and Information Technology while ensuring alignment around practical high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis Design and Optimization

• Analyze and map end-to-end business processes including operational workflows and user experiences.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes improve efficiency strengthen controls and reduce operational pain points.
• Define future-state processes business rules and operating standards.

Transformation Execution 

• Gather define and prioritize business needs translating them into clear and actionable requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide practical recommendations to support decision-making.
• Measure and articulate business value including improvements in timelines costs quality and productivity.

Governance Documentation and Adoption

• Develop and maintain process documentation procedures business rules and organizational standards.
• Lead key workshops and working sessions to clarify requirements facilitate decisions and align stakeholders.
• Support implementation activities including solution feasibility assessments impact analysis change management user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field combined with 812 years of experience in business analysis process improvement and/or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and operational teams to drive business outcomes and organizational change.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Results-oriented professional with a structured approach strong attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence collaborate and facilitate workshops within complex cross-functional environments.
• Bilingual in English and French with the ability to communicate effectively with teams stakeholders and business partners across Canada; AI literacy and proficiency with AI tools are considered strong assets.
