What You Will Get To Do:

• Participate in the preparation of project plans applying Scrum/Agile methodology
• Lead participants in the project life cycle from inception to production
• Liaise between our clients and internal development teams to ensure detailed requirements are understood and documented
• Facilitate the building or modifying of our applications to meet client and industry needs
• Engaging in new client launches conversions activation of products/functionality and support of production issues

What You Will Bring:

• Experience with requirements analysis and requirements management tools and techniques
• Experience in various project methodologies within the software development life cycle
• Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures and the ability to communicate effectively with developers architects and QA.
• Capability to analyze and model endtoend business processes and understand how technology enables or improves them. ASIS / TOBE process flows. Use of BPMN UML or similar modelling techniques
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders across business technology and leadership levels.
• Adheres to software development standards processes and best practices
• Canadian regulatory expertise
• Proficient knowledge of Canadian Mutual and Segregated funds market
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Release/Change Management practices
• Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow Jira and SharePoint
• Requires strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communications

Salary Range: $106641 - 138000
