We are looking for an experienced Backend API Developer to design develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for mobile applications built on React Native. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RESTful APIs cloud technologies and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain backend services using .

Build secure scalable and high-performance REST APIs for React Native mobile applications.

Integrate backend services with databases third-party systems and enterprise applications.

Collaborate with mobile developers architects and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth JWT SSO).

Optimize application performance scalability and reliability.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

Develop unit tests and participate in code reviews.

Ensure adherence to security coding and quality standards.

Required Skills

5 years of experience in backend development.

Strong proficiency in and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.

Experience with API security OAuth JWT and API Gateway.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and DevOps practices.

Understanding of React Native mobile application architecture and integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

Experience with GraphQL.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience integrating with SAP Oracle or other enterprise platforms.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in enterprise-scale mobile application projects.

Utilities industry experience.

Experience with mobile app releases on iOS and Android platforms.

Knowledge of enterprise integration and cloud-native architectures.
