Senior Associate Director, Nexus, Client Delivery
Job Summary
The Senior Associate Director is accountable for the performance and results of assigned private equity and private debt client portfolios ensuring high-quality timely and controlled delivery of NAVs financial statements and investor reporting. This role leads planning and execution provides technical review and guidance escalates risks and opportunities and develops team capability while maintaining strong client engagement.
Role and Responsibilities
- Accountable for the quality and timeliness of deliverables for an assigned portfolio of real estate fund clients.
- Review NAV calculations and key deliverables (fees waterfalls capital activity and investor reporting) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review investor and performance reporting (including ILPA-style metrics where required) and ensure proper integration of valuation and operating results.
- Review financial statements and supporting schedules; ensure compliance with accounting standards and client requirements.
- Lead planning meetings to coordinate deliverables manage priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead coach and performance-manage team members; provide regular feedback and development support.
- Lead routine client and third-party meetings; act as the first escalation point and drive issues through to resolution.
- Oversee onboarding for new funds; guide transaction/reporting requirements and coordinate systems and reporting design.
- Manage resources for process improvements and initiatives without disrupting day-to-day delivery; document and resolve exceptions to standard procedures.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and opportunities to enhance service quality and reporting.

Qualifications :
Education Requirements
- University degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
Professional Experience
- 8 years experience working in the fund administration industry or audit
- Demonstrated capability managing multiple complex mandates client escalations and delivery risk.
- Proficient with Investran or other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of private equity and private debt fund structures investor reporting and system
Skills and Knowledge
- Portfolio-level planning and resource management; strong operational discipline.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to lead through ambiguity and tight timelines.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop talent and hold leaders accountable for performance.
