Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the companys affiliate program including recruiting new affiliates and managing existing relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and act as the primary point of contact for all affiliate-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase affiliate sales and revenue.
- Analyze and optimize affiliate performance including tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product to create and execute successful campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of the affiliate program.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field.
- 5 years of direct affiliate management experience (brand network agency) managing multiple affiliate programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment and can multitask.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (Rakuten Impact Commission Junction).
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Flexibility to travel if required.
