Job Summary: A secretarial position responsible for providing administrative support clerical assistance inventory control reception duties and other duties as assigned by the principal (or designate) in the operation of a high school.

Required Qualifications:

• Certificate/diploma from a recognized training program
• Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education
• A minimum of one year related experience
• Good working knowledge of Word Excel and Edsby Software
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with others
• Good organizational skills

Terms of Employment:

• As per Collective Agreement
• 3.5 hrs/day (schedule TBD)
• 10 month (210 days/year)
• To begin a.s.a.p. (and continue to December 18 2026 or the return of the incumbent if earlier)
• Salary range - $23.12 -$27.32 per hour
