- Support Inside Sales by answering product questions promoting our products and providing exemplary Customer Service
- Process Customer orders and payments using a computerized ERP system
- Assist with managing inventory ordering products and forecasting inventory
- Maintaining warehouse safety/standards
- General Administrative and other duties as required
- Formal post-secondary education in agriculture horticulture landscape or turf management would be an asset
- Knowledge and experience in handling chemicals and pesticides and/or knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural
- industry and associated products is required
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety strong work ethic exceptional customer service skills and ability to work as a team player
- Excellent communication and computer skills are required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some overtime
- Currently possess or have interest in obtaining a Pesticide Dispensers License
- Any experience with ERP systems (specifically SAP) would be an asset
Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role in Kelowna BC location is between $25.00 - $30.00. While we provide this range as general guidance several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to candidate skill set experience and training licensure and certifications work location and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
