We are looking for a motivated energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates who are enthusiastic about our products willing to learn can contribute to achieving sales goals by creating great customer experiences and can maintain a visually compelling store.

• Greet customers answer questions build customer confidence and recommend products based on their needs providing exceptional customer service.

• Operate a POS system accurately process payments and issue receipts.

• Keep the store neat. This includes restocking products and ensuring that the stores inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.

• Develop knowledge of the stores product lines with attention to detail and the ability to answer customer questions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide advice on product selection usage care and maintenance.

• Support the team in meeting daily weekly and monthly sales goals to drive store profitability.

• Maintain a professional welcoming demeanor and greet customers upon arrival while checking out customers quickly and efficiently.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures as directed by store management.

• Support seasonal promotions merchandise displays and inventory organization.

• Work collaboratively with other sales associates to maintain a positive shopping environment.

• Follow company policies procedures and safety guidelines.

Pay Rate (per hour): $17.95

This is a seasonal position.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in sales customer service or retail is an asset.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to adapt to the diverse needs of customers.

• Ability to multitask respond to competing deadlines and manage priorities effectively.

• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

• Passion or knowledge of pop culture and board games (preferred).

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds with reasonable accommodation where required.

• Flexible availability to work evenings weekends and holidays during the seasonal period.
