The client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master whose primary strength lies in people management: leading motivating and aligning teams across multiple squads in parallel. The role extends beyond the traditional Scrum framework. The individual must be able to coordinate work between teams manage dependencies and maintain delivery cadence within a multi-project environment.
An understanding of the IT context is expected to ensure credible communication with technical teams but no business domain expertise is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master ideally with a certification (PSM1 or equivalent) which is standard for this level of experience.
