Job Summary

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices ensuring adherence to Banks delivery standards and governance.
Remove impediments and manage dependencies to enable smooth sprint execution and on-time delivery.
Partner closely with Product Owners Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog grooming prioritization and sprint readiness.
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity burndown sprint progress) and drive continuous improvement.
Support a collaborative high-performing team environment within a regulated banking and financial services context.
