Every day youll do more than drive a busyoull make a difference.

• Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school
• Build positive and professional relationships with students families and school staff
• Create a calm safe and supportive environment on your bus
• Complete daily vehicle pre-trip inspections
• Follow established routes and schedules
• Use GPS and communication technology
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the assigned vehicle including regular washing fueling and delivering the vehicle for scheduled maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• 6-years of winter driving experience
  
• Monday to Friday both AM and PM availability (6:30am - 9:30am and 1:30pm - 4:30pm)
• Responsible for finding a secure parking space for the small school bus at or near your home
  
• Hold a valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Alberta drivers licence or higher
• Clear drivers abstract and criminal record check completion of drug testing
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
