What Youll Do

As the Scheduler / Planner youll be at the center of project execution providing the insights and planning expertise that help projects stay on track on budget and ahead of schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Break down project scope into logical work packages activities durations and dependencies.
  • Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Update schedules and track progress against baseline plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Site Leadership to align schedules with budgets forecasts and project execution plans.
  • Analyze critical path activities and identify schedule risks constraints and opportunities.
  • Recommend corrective actions and recovery plans when schedule performance is at risk.
  • Produce schedule reports forecasts look-aheads and progress updates for project stakeholders.
  • Support project controls activities including productivity analysis forecasting earned value management and cost/schedule integration.
  • Contribute to planning strategies that improve project execution and overall project performance.

What You Bring

Were looking for a planner who combines technical expertise with practical construction experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management Engineering Project Controls or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of project scheduling experience in construction industrial infrastructure fabrication or related industries.
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Knowledge of project controls forecasting earned value management cost control and schedule analysis.
  • Experience integrating schedule cost and progress measurement data.
  • Ability to analyze impacts identify risks and develop recovery plans.
  • Strong understanding of industrial construction sequencing and planning methodologies.
