Job Overview
Client is looking for an experienced SAP MM Techno-Functional Lead to lead SAP Materials Management solutions support business process design and provide hands-on technical and functional expertise across procurement inventory management and logistics processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong SAP MM functional knowledge combined with technical/configuration experience excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and integration teams.
SAP MM integrates closely with Purchasing Inventory Management Invoice Verification Production Sales & Distribution and warehouse/logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MM techno-functional design configuration implementation and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Configure and support:
- Purchasing and Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- RFQs and Contracts
- Source determination
- Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
- Inventory Management
- Invoice Verification
- Stock Transfers
- Physical Inventory
- Subcontracting and Consignment
- Work with SAP S/4HANA and understand the impact of S/4HANA migration/implementation on MM processes.
- Lead integration between MM and FI SD PP QM PM WM/EWM and Logistics Execution (LE).
- Support warehouse and logistics processes including inbound/outbound deliveries and inventory movements.
- Work with technical teams on interfaces enhancements reports forms workflows and integrations.
- Analyze production issues perform root-cause analysis and provide functional/technical solutions.
- Lead configuration testing defect resolution deployment and post-production support.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP/development teams on custom solutions.
- Support data migration master data validation and cutover activities.
- Lead workshops with business users and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other SAP MM team members.
- Ensure SAP solutions align with business processes standards and integration requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of SAP MM experience with strong techno-functional expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and functional design.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA; ECC experience is also valuable.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay Purchasing Inventory Management and Invoice Verification.
- Experience with SAP logistics integration and LE/WM/EWM processes.
- Strong integration experience with SAP FI/CO SD PP QM and PM.
- Experience working with ABAP/development teams on enhancements interfaces reports and customizations.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data including:
- Material Master
- Vendor/Business Partner
- Purchasing Info Records
- Source Lists
- Pricing/Conditions
- Experience with SAP testing defect management production support and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Previous experience working in a lead role on SAP implementations or large-scale support projects.
Nice to Have
- SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience.
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- SAP Ariba/procurement integration experience.
- Experience with SAP EWM/WM and Logistics Execution.
- Experience with SAP interfaces/EDI and third-party integrations.
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
- SAP MM certification is an asset.
