SAP ERP Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Program Manager to provide overall leadership and integrated oversight for a large-scale SAP ERP transformation program. The successful candidate will ensure the successful delivery of the program across functional technical data and change workstreams while driving governance risk management and strategic alignment with business objectives.

• Provide end-to-end leadership and oversight for the SAP ERP program across all workstreams including functional technical data and change.

• Develop and manage the integrated program plan ensuring alignment across scope schedule budget resources and interdependencies.

• Proactively identify manage and mitigate program risks issues and dependencies in collaboration with the Program Leadership Team.

• Partner with the PMO to prepare stage gate deliverables including program scope integrated plans business cases and governance documentation.

• Ensure compliance with client project delivery standards SAP best practices and established governance frameworks.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for senior leadership (VP SAP Plus) on critical issues impacting scope budget timeline or delivery.

• Drive coordinated execution governance discipline and successful delivery of program objectives aligned with business value and strategic outcomes.

• Monitor program performance provide executive status reporting and ensure successful stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP ERP implementation or transformation programs.

• Strong expertise in program management governance risk management and executive stakeholder engagement.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across functional technical data and change management workstreams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex program schedules budgets dependencies and executive reporting.

• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks.

• Excellent leadership communication negotiation and decision-making skills.

• PMP PgMP or equivalent program management certification is preferred.
