Salesforce Developer

The organization is building a dedicated Salesforce pod to support initiatives within the financial services sector.

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing developing and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) APIs SOQL and Flows. The role includes translating business requirements into technical solutions participating in integrations performing unit testing and code reviews resolving incidents optimizing performance and contributing to technical documentation while ensuring compliance with governance security and CI/CD standards.

This is a highly technical Salesforce development role. The focus is on hands-on coding and solution delivery rather than functional business analysis or project management activities.

Target Candidate:

A Salesforce Developer with 5 years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Apex LWC SOQL and Flows. The ideal candidate has experience delivering Salesforce solutions within financial services environments such as banking insurance fintech or asset management.

Experience combining Sales Cloud and financial services projects is considered a strong indicator of alignment. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a significant asset. The candidate should also demonstrate experience working within regulated environments with strong security privacy compliance and governance requirements.

Key Requirements:

REQUIRED

• 5 years of Salesforce experience

• Experience in financial services (banking insurance fintech or asset management)
  
• Knowledge of security data privacy and compliance requirements
  
• French (spoken and written)
  
• Hybrid availability (2 days onsite per week)
  

ASSETS

• Sales Cloud experience within financial services
  
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) knowledge
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
  
• DevOps / CI-CD knowledge
  

Profiles to Exclude:

Salesforce Administrator profiles with limited development experience.

Functional Salesforce consultants without strong hands-on coding experience.

Project managers or hybrid functional/technical profiles.

Candidates with Salesforce experience but no financial services background.

Candidates lacking practical experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Candidates with no demonstrated experience working within security privacy compliance or governance frameworks.
