Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience of 5 years with Salesforce Data Cloud and core Salesforce platform and design experience
- Architect and design robust and scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Define and implement data modelling schema design and data governance strategies within the Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Ensure high data quality and security standards are maintained throughout the architecture.
- Lead the setup configuration and customization of Salesforce Data Cloud to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain custom features components and integrations to enhance the functionality of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Data Cloud deployments addressing technical issues and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define integration requirements and develop a comprehensive integration strategy.
- Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and third-party systems such as marketing automation analytics and Salesforce CRM
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Stay current with industry best practices Salesforce updates and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL data modeling and database design.
