Role Description
- Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
- Configure EPC CPQ Digital Commerce and Order Management functionalities.
- Build OmniScripts FlexCards DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
- Develop Apex classes Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations.
- Support unit testing SIT UAT deployment and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and QA teams.
Essential Skills
Required Skills
- 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Strong expertise in Apex LWC SOQL and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with OmniStudio components.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
- Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Salesforce Industries certification.
- MuleSoft integration exposure.
- Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
- Knowledge of the telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
