Detailed Job Description

• 10 years of overall IT experience with strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise-scale implementations.
  
• Strong Salesforce development background with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design.
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components and Apex development and customization.
  
• Strong experience in requirements gathering business analysis user stories functional specifications process flows and acceptance criteria.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders product owners architects developers and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration customization data models workflows integrations and application architecture.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery including backlog refinement sprint planning UAT support defect analysis and production implementation.
  
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or banking and financial services domain.
