Position Title: Sales Representative

- Strategically organize and manage territory coverage to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement.
- Represent McCains Foodservice portfolio to independent operators recreational facilities hotels schools healthcare providers and other non-commercial foodservice customers.
- Support customers through product demonstrations new product launches promotional initiatives and business-building solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributor partners while providing sales support and resolving customer or operational issues.
- Identify prospect and secure new account opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage customer contracts pricing and payment-related requests in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within Salesforce and other company systems.
- Monitor sales performance manage territory budgets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Complete administrative activities accurately and within required timelines.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Marketing Category Management Finance and Business Development to support customer success.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales Business Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence business outcomes.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a professional presence and demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into results.
- Ability to work independently while leveraging support from a broader sales team.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory as required.
- Physical ability to lift and move product samples and materials and stand for extended periods when conducting demonstrations and customer visits.
Compensation Package:$65500.00 -$87400.00 . CAD annually Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
