Sales Representative

In this role you will develop strategies to optimize UAPs sales reporting standardize the measurement of our sales teams and ensure that theyre being utilized to their full potential to drive sales growth & profitability.  You will be responsible for the effective creation generation analysis and communication of customer & operational data used by Managers & Executives across the company.  This includes reports on NAPAs sales results for our Sales & Management teams including Banners & Major Accounts Fleet & Government OE Dealerships Dedicated Sales Force Paint & Body etc.   You will assist with promotional program registration sales tracking for store and promotions with Automobile Service Providers (ASP) supplier sales reporting sales trending key initiative tracking and a variety of other sales reports and analysis as required.

Qualifications :

To join our team you will need:

• University or College degree/diploma coupled with 5 - 7 years of related work experience. 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Power BI COGNOS Query Studio Custom Data packs and other relative computer software programs (and be willing to learn how to operate new programs when they are implemented). 
• Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is a definite asset.
• You must be available for limited business travel
• Bilingualism English and French is not required but is preferred.
