This is a people-first role where your ability to engage educate and inspire action makes all the difference.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our clients financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear relatable way
• Listen to customers needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
• Drive brand awareness advocacy and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

• Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback
• Access to a vehicle or a valid drivers license is helpful but not required

Compensation

• Base wage range - $16.75/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday 9am to 9pm
