Sales Representative - Special Inspections
Intertek a Nationally Recognized Testing Lab (NRTL) and leading provider of ATIC (Assurance Testing Inspection and Certification) Services to many of the worlds leading brands and companies is looking for a Sales Representative - Special Inspections tojoin our Electrical team in Coquitlam BC.

What are we looking for
TheSales Representative - Special Inspectionsposition is responsible fordirect sales & operational support activity within an assigned territoryidentifying and developing new accounts leveraging Interteks Assurance Testing Inspection and Certification (ATIC) solutions. Were looking for somebody who is self-sufficient with an entrepreneurial approach in their work.
TheSales Representative - Special Inspectionswill spend at least 50% of the time outside of the office visiting clients attending trade shows etc.
What youll do:
Sell Interteks services within assigned vertical account and territory through effective client research prospecting and networking.
Meet with current and prospective customers via client presentations and participation at trade shows.
Meet order and revenue quotas on a monthly basis.
Write and follow up on proposals specify appropriate standards and pricing; Follow through on sales transactions to ensure a superior customer experience for every project.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Meet all activity targets and log activity in to iConnect as required.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
Spend a minimum of 50% outside interface with new and existing identified target clients.
Spend time developing relationships with Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJs) within assigned territories.
Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
3 years successful Outside Sales experience tied to a Sales Quota
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
Excellent organizational prioritization and time management skills.
Must be energized and self-motivated and can work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
Experience with writing quotes within CRM and processing documents within various Software Systems
Able to meet required monthly KPIs and enter them efficiently and effectively within CRM
Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable driving record. (required)
Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car airplane and to perform all clerical functions inherent to theposition.
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Compliance or Testing Inspection Certification (TIC) industry experience.
Business to business sales experience
Salary & Benefits Information
The salary range for this position is $65000 - $70000 per year.
