Sales Manager

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Langley BC. You will be responsible for the Greater Vancouver area.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Work closely with the District Manager Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales
• Working with your team you will be responsible for meeting objectives and increasing sales by promoting NAPAs marketing programs to customers
• Recruit develop evaluate train and motivate your team 
• Stay abreast of market developments product line changes new technologies and competitor strategies
• Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports.

Salary range: $93000- $115000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

Qualifications :

To join our team you need:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience preferably in automotive distribution or wholesale environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to recruit train coach and motivate high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking and business planning capability.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
