Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour

In our stores customers can find a variety of games toys puzzles collectibles and gifts for every age and occasion. We sell fun and provide opportunities for customers to express themselves through their hobbies and interests.

We are looking for motivated and energetic Seasonal Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers answer questions and recommend products based on their interests and needs.

• Operate the POS system and accurately process customer transactions.

• Restock merchandise and maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store.

• Develop knowledge of the stores products including games toys puzzles collectibles and pop-culture merchandise.

• Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant product information.

• Support the team in meeting store sales goals.

• Assist with inventory merchandising and general store operations.

• Follow all store policies procedures and safety requirements.

• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

$17.60 per hour

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is an asset.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

• Friendly dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Passion or knowledge of pop culture games toys collectibles and board games is an asset.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
