What Youll Do

Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes
Meet or exceed sales goals
Manage sales orders payments and delivery timelines
Stay on top of product knowledge trends and competitor offerings
Build relationships through calls online leads and in-store traffic
Keep organized and follow through on all customer needs

What You Bring

High school diploma
2 years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred)
A confident results-driven sales approach
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
Flexibility to work days evenings weekends
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor
