• 5 years of experience in business analysis in large organizations
  
• BA/BS in Business Administration Project Management or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  
• Excellent oral and written communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently with a high-level of self-direction
  
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff customers and other IT Personnel
  
• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings that are tailored to the audience
  
• Ability to perform option analysis and trend analysis
  
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g. process flow diagram)
  
• Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
