Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Project Manager to join our Mississauga branch. This opportunity is ideal for a project management professional with commercial roofing experience who is looking to grow their career with Canadas leading building envelope contractor.

A Day in the Life

Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion
Develop and track project schedules budgets and labor targets
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers suppliers and internal teams
Lead project kickoff handoff and closeout meetings
Coordinate with Safety Site Supervisors and Foremen to ensure safe project execution
Identify project risks and negotiate effective solutions
Develop schedules of values and manage change orders
Utilize internal systems including PIL and PFP
Ensure projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to quality standards

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction
Commercial roofing experience and knowledge of roofing systems manufacturers and suppliers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to review drawings specifications and contracts
Experience with Procore MS Project Bluebeam or similar software is considered an asset
Valid G drivers license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
