As a DISTRIBUTORyour responsibilities are to:

DistributionProcess

1. Ensure accurate and optimal inventory levels at both Greenfield Produce (GFD) and at its suppliers for business operations.
2. Fulfiland manage the distribution of all store orders in a timely manner.
3. Ensure proper cost selling prices and margins at GFD and proper cost to Kins Farm Market stores and affiliates from all the vendors of GFD.
4. All the products must be correctly allocated to the proper store from the right vendor and the right quantities and price with the right labels at the right time.
5. Track daily/weekly inventory requirements to meet sales targets ads store booking and orders.
6. Review store orders for peculiarities bringing forth concerns before finalization of orders.
7. Perform the confirmation of all the purchase orders.
8. Coordinate product allocation of special events such as marketing donations etc.

Qualifications:

• Completionof Secondary Education.
• Worka flexible schedule.
• Wellorganized with fine attention to detail.
• Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
• Excellentplanning and prioritizing skills.
• Ableto interact with customers in a friendly and cheerful manner.
• Ableto work independently and as a member of a team.
