Restaurant Manager

The Kouzzina a well-established independent restaurant in Sudbury is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Known for our Italian & Mediterranean-inspired cuisine warm hospitality and commitment to excellence we are looking for a leader who can uphold our reputation while driving service efficiency and team morale.

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service professionalism and teamwork.
• Manage scheduling shift coverage and staffing levels to support smooth operations.
• Monitor performance address challenges and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional solutions-driven manner.
• Work with ownership on operational goals cost control and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support hiring onboarding and developing new team members.

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (minimum 23 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations scheduling and cost control.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
