Inspired by Italian and Mediterranean flavors with a fresh modern approach Mazi is focused on delivering exceptional food elevated service and a vibrant dining experience. As we prepare to open our doors we are looking for a strong leader to help build and guide our team from the ground up.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new opening and play a key role in shaping the culture service standards and overall guest experience at Mazi.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Lead train and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service professionalism and teamwork
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage and smooth operations
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching feedback and ongoing support
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional solutions-focused manner
• Collaborate with ownership on operational goals cost control and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health safety and cleanliness standards
• Support hiring onboarding and development of team members as we build our opening team

Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build a positive team culture
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations scheduling and cost control
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
