Resident Care Coordinator (LPN)

The Berkeley is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Residential Care Coordinator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine leadership resident advocacy and team coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe personalized and compassionate care while supporting our health care team and building.

What Youll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and support to the health care team.
• Assess residents and monitor changing care needs.
• Administer medications treatments and dressings as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate resident care plans and follow up.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules to ensure appropriate care coverage.
• Provide coaching guidance and performance support to care team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents families healthcare professionals and staff.
• Assist with operational leadership and continuity when required.

What Were Looking For

• Current LPN registration with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN).
• Previous supervisory charge or leadership experience is preferred.
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication organization leadership and problem-solving skills.
• A compassionate respectful and professional approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting older adults and enhancing their quality of life.
