About the team:

The Smart Grid Technology Lab focuses on research in real-time simulation technologies microgrid energy management control systems and other smart grid technologies. We apply cutting-edge technologies to the digital power industry. The lab has developed into a research organization with significant achievements and a strong impact in the industry.

About the job:

• Develop and optimize high-efficiency Supercharging Converter systems used in Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure ensuring performance and high reliability.

• Create technical specifications and detailed schematics for Supercharging Converter designs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware software and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration and operation of Supercharging Converter systems.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in power conversion battery charging and renewable energy systems.

• Participate in industry conferences and seminars to advance knowledge in supercharging technologies.

• Identify and define technical research directions and topics with the potential to significantly impact the industry and our companys mid-to-long-term business goals.

About the ideal candidate:

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering Computer Science/Engineering or a related field with a strong publication record.

• Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development used for power control.

• Proficiency with circuit design and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB PSpice Simulink and LTspice).

• Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle charging standards (e.g. CCS and CHAdeMO) and supercharging technology.

• Strong international technological foresight with the ability to analyze and make decisions on cutting-edge technology trends fostering industry-leading competitiveness.

• Proven experience in leading new technology development programs and driving innovation.
