Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Research Scientist / STEM Researcher to conduct research analyze scientific or technical data develop innovative solutions and contribute to research and development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research experiments and technical investigations in the relevant STEM field.
- Collect analyze and interpret scientific or technical data.
- Develop research methodologies models prototypes or technical solutions.
- Prepare technical reports research papers presentations and documentation.
- Use appropriate laboratory engineering statistical or computational tools.
- Collaborate with researchers engineers scientists and other technical professionals.
- Identify technical challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate research records and ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
- Support research projects from planning and development through implementation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Science Engineering Technology Mathematics or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant research or technical experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and research skills.
- Proficiency with relevant technical laboratory statistical or computational tools.
- Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
