Strategic Business Impact

For this role projects may include the following responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support in the Laboratory Operations Department by following standard practices.
• Perform analytical testing as assigned for on prototype CTM (Clinical Trial Material) and Commercial batches supporting development and/or manufacturing operations.
• Make detailed observations and reviews documents and communicates test results.
• Document all experimental data in accordance with Attributable Legible Contemporaneous Original and Accurate (ALCOA).
• Carry out independently HPLC dissolution and physical testing analysis testing following established procedures Analytical Methods & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work Proficiency with Empower NuGenesis MS Word & Excel Software.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to overcome system suitability failures.
• Recognize and report unexpected or Out Of Specification (OOS) results immediately to the Supervisor and conducts laboratory investigations under direction.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report potential hazards.

Compensation

Our Undergraduate co-ops offer an hourly rate between $24.00 - $25.00 dependent upon academic year (rising Junior or Senior).

What We Look For

Academic Background & Work Experience:

• Undergraduate student completing a Bachelors degree in chemistry between December 2027 June 2029.
• Previous related co-ops internships and / or work experience preferred.

Leadership Profile:

• Proven leadership experience through student organizations athletics Greek life community service volunteer organizations campus programs military service or other leadership roles.
• A track record of influencing others leading initiatives driving results and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity adapt to changing priorities and solve complex problems.
• Evidence of grit resilience and perseverance when facing challenges setbacks or competing priorities.
• Strong learning agility intellectual curiosity and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
• Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue co-op and future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.
• Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses functions and locations.
