If you have any issues with the online application or have any questions about the job please email We look forward to learning more about you and how you may be the person were looking for through your application!The Position:Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Fieldhouse and Rentals the Rentals and Events Associate will be an ambassador for external rentals and events monitoring rental activities and ensuring events run smoothly from beginning to Youll Do:Rentals and EventsYou will review the expectations from the Senior Coordinator to develop knowledge of all rentals and events taking place during your shiftYou will assist rentals and events with set-up as outlined in the documentation provided this could include:Tables and ChairsAudio-Visual Technology such as speakers microphones and projectorSports Equipment such as volleyball/soccer/pickleball nets or sweeping basketball courtsYou will support in the delivery of rentals and events this could include:Greeting guests and users to the facilityAnswering questions and providing directions to those unfamiliar with the facilityEnforcing health and safety rules and protocolsEnsuring equipment is being used responsibility and put away accordinglyWhen not directly supporting a rental or event you will:Conduct cleanliness checks and conduct cleaning as necessaryEnsure rentals and events equipment are where they should be and in good working order for future useBe an ambassador of the Centre promoting the opportunity to host events and rent space to general usersBirthday PartiesYou will set up the room as outlined in the documentation provided this could include:Tables and ChairsDecorations like balloons and tableclothsFood requirements like napkins plates cutlery cups will guide guests in an activity such as soccer basketball dodgeball will support throughout the event as party host. This will include picking up the pizza in the atrium from the preferred vendor and bringing it up to the groupYou will answer questions and provide directions to those unfamiliar with the facility and will uphold health and safety expectationsCustomer ServiceYou will cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment resulting in an exceptional guest experienceYou will use problem-solving skills and ability to pivot services as neededYou will establish rapport and maintain effective relationships with members staff volunteers visitors and community partnersWhat You Bring:Education and ExperienceYou are currently in high school or are a high school haveexperience in customer service retail hospitality or SkillsYoudemonstratestrong interpersonal and communication arededicated to customer service that exceeds are a team player with a positive attitude whose interactions demonstrate accountability authenticity and are reliable punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a demonstrate agility critical thinking decisiveness and the ability to make in the moment possess strong attention to detail and are comfortable working in a fast-paced are self-motivated and result-oriented; you demonstrate initiative and contribute to a work environment that values and encourages RequirementsIt is required that you have a current clear vulnerable sector check (V.S.C)It is required that you have a current valid First Aid and C.P.R C / is required that you haveflexibleavailabilityto worka variety of shifts includingevenings and to Apply:Please visit our website at to apply is Friday October 2 2026
