YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers friendly professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades protection packages and additional services turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries organized service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience motivated by targets and direct customer contact
• You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales hospitality sales banking B2B or car rental with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
• You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• You are willing to work various shifts including nights weekends and public holidays with a flexible approach to working hours
• You must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid Provincial drivers licence with a clean driving record and must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
