Registered Practical Nurse

Reliable Staffing is looking for compassionate skilled and reliable Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for travel and contract assignments across various healthcare facilities.

Employment Type: Travel / Contract / Temporary
Schedule: Days evenings nights weekends & holidays as required

• Provide safe compassionate and patient-centred nursing care.
• Assess and monitor patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and policies.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs physicians PSWs and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patients conditions and emergencies.
• Promote patient comfort dignity safety and independence.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Maintain professional standards and facility policies.

• Current RPN registration with the applicable provincial regulatory college.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care retirement homes hospitals or community care is an asset.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for assignments.
