Registered Nurse

Reliable Staffing is currently seeking compassionate skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel and contract assignments across various healthcare facilities.

Employment Type: Travel / Contract / Temporary
Schedule: Days evenings nights weekends & holidays as required

• Provide high-quality patient-centred nursing care.
• Assess monitor and document patients health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patients conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians healthcare professionals PSWs and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing patient needs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Follow infection control health and safety and facility procedures.
• Ensure a safe respectful and professional care environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration in the applicable province.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous clinical or healthcare experience is an asset.
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Ability and willingness to travel for assignments.
