Community shift nursing roles and visiting roles available!
Shift schedule (one patient): 6pm-12am or 11pm-7am
Visiting schedule: various part-time and full-time schedules available
In this community nursing role as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is

Required on-call coverage including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
