REGISTERED NURSE

This position is for our Lakefield Home located in Lakefield Ontario.

What youll be doing
Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providerstodevelop implement review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
Provide leadership tonursing andpersonal care staff by planning directing supervising and evaluating their work.
