Job Summary

To thrive as a Regional Sales Manager is to lead a team within a defined geographic region to achieve incremental sales targets and increase market penetration.

This role helps drive the growth of our business by developing and leading a highly engaged sales team. Responsibility includes managing the assigned regions revenue market share staffingexpenses& profitability.

This role is accountable for supporting andaccomplishingthe corporateobjectivesby directing and coordinating the activities of the sales teams values strategies andobjectivesincluding the teams development of strategic partnerships with store management personnel.

WhatWereLooking For:

  • Proven ability to lead mentor and develop a sales team of 1220 representatives covering a specific region to meet business targets.

  • Experience delivering sales strategies market penetration initiatives and region-specific growth plans while building strong customer relationships.

  • Skilled in analyzing sales performance against defined metrics forecasting regional trends and recommending strategic improvements.

  • Strong background in hiring onboarding mentoring andretainingtop sales talent with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience in the industry; coatings industry background preferred.

  • Demonstratedexpertisein budgeting financial analysis cost control and CRM systems to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills witha track recordof building collaborative partnerships across teams.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight) work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays and meet company motor vehicle policy requirements.

  • Commitment to lean thinking continuous improvement processes and adherence to Behrs Strategic Deployment Plan.

  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role includinglifting upto 75lbsoccasionally with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite and CRM database management.
