What You Will Be Doing:

As a Red Seal Technician at ECI Bridgewater you will be:

• Performing diagnostics repairs and maintenance on a wide range of fleet vehicles
  Ensuring every repair is done right the first time with safety and quality top of mind
  Keeping detailed records of work completed and communicating clearly with the service team
  Maintaining a clean safe and efficient workspace
  Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive collaborative shop culture

  A strong understanding of diagnostics and modern repair processes
  The ability to manage your time effectively in a flat-rate environment
