The expected base salary range for this position is $19.89 to $24.48. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience education skills and qualifications. - Ontario Region Pay Range Information:
The expected base salary range for this position is $21.88 to $27.03. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience education skills and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager Recruitment the Recruitment Student will play a key role in the administration and coordination of day-to-day Recruitment processes and activities.
Recruitment Support
- Screen Resumes
- Administer Assessments
- Conduct Candidate Pre-screens & Schedule Interviews
- Update Applicant Tracking System and Daily Management Sheet
- Administer Background and Reference Checks
- Reporting and Data Analytics
- Various Admin Support Tasks
Qualifications
- Enrollment in College or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
- Good academic standing required
- Completion of one prior internship/work term in a Human Resources or Business-related required
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems; experience with Oracle tools considered an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
