How Youll Make an Impact

• Report to Manager Mortgage Recoveries at Bridgewater Bank.

• Administer a portfolio of tax arrears accounts to bring the tax accounts into good standing.

• Analyze customers financial situations offer loans where applicable set up of loan facilities and payment of proceeds.

• Communicate with customers when the bank receives cancellations of home insurance policies to obtain proof of replacement policies.

• Process bankruptcy and consumer proposal documents to ensure accuracy and action when our property is being vacated.

• Uphold Bridgewater Banks standards of excellence consistently adhering to Corporate Compliance requirements and embodying our values of integrity and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table

• You have post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. business/commerce business management finance etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience working within a lending institution environment.

• You have at least 1 year of direct customer service experience.
