• Answeringallincomingcallsandrespondingtoinquiriesinapositiveandprofessionalmanner.
• Greetingassistinganddirectingallvisitors.
• Maintainingandmonitoringvisitorsign-in/outproceduresandensuringsecurityprotocolsarefollowed.
• Assistingwithadmissionsanddischargesandprovidingkeyadministrativehelptotheschedulerforshiftreplacements.
• Maintainingacleansafefullystockedandwell-organizedreceptionarea.
• Assistingwithsmallprojectsasrequiredbyotheradministrativesupport.
• UpholdingandpromotingtheorganizationsvaluesandphilosophyassetoutinExtendicaresCodeofConduct.
  QualificationsfortheReceptionistpositioninclude:
• Above-averageinterpersonaloralandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Previousexperienceinreceptionisconsideredanasset.
• Abilitytohandlemultipletasksatonceworkunderpressureandmeetdeadlines.
• Highlyorganizedanddetail-focused.
