Position: Legal Expert Finance & Real Estate (Project Donna)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100$120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 30 hours

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated legal content in finance and real estate to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Review six blinded AI deliverables for each legal matter and provide detailed feedback.
• Conduct five head-to-head comparisons against a standard output and document preferences.
• Write concise specific rationales for each preference to improve AI model outputs.
• Work independently and adhere to deadlines while following written instructions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in finance and real estate.
• Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness completeness and usefulness.
• Precise written English skills.
• Ability to work independently to written instructions and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Legal

• Confidentiality: All work is covered by NDA. External AI tools must not be used on any project material.
