About the role
Quality Manager preferably located around the Newcastle area to support six of our aged care homes. This role is about providing support and guidance to the teams around quality compliance and governance along with support to achieve good outcomes for our residents. You will work closely with the teams onsite along with General Managers and other key stakeholders.
We are seeking someone to join our team full time and requires flexibility to travel to sites.
Your main duties will include:
  • Providing quality support and guidance to homes
  • Assisting with serious incident investigations complaint responses and onsite audits
  • Working on quality improvements with the homes to ensure compliance

About you
  • Have a passion for Aged Care
  • Experience as a Quality Manager in Aged Care
  • Ability to travel and holds a current License
  • Holds an understanding in Aged Care Quality and Safety standards
