Quality Lab Technician

You wont just be running testsyoull be the eyes of quality on the floor working side-by-side with production to solve problems in real time. If you like fast-paced environments hands-on work and making an immediate impact this role delivers.

Wage: $21.52 per hour

• Own quality on the floor Test blown film products for thickness strength COF clarity seal performance and more
• Catch issues early Identify defects like gels contamination gauge variation and optical problems before they reach customers
• Be a go-to problem solver Work directly with Production and Extrusion teams to troubleshoot and improve processes
• Keep things moving Communicate results in real time so decisions happen fast
• Make it official Prepare COAs complete reports and keep quality data accurate and audit-ready
• Stay hands-on Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and keep your workspace sharp and organized

• Experience in blown film converting or flexible packaging
• Solid understanding of film properties and polymer behavior
• Confidence working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
• Detail oriented results driven fast learner problem solver great communication skills good time management and organized and collaborative.

• Experience with Instron KCOF or Mocon testing equipment
• Exposure to ISO GMP or HACCP environments
