Strategic Business Impact

For this role projects may include the following responsibilities:

  • Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within the Quality Assurance organization.
  • Analyze quality metrics and develop dashboards to improve visibility of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision making.
  • Design and automate reporting tools including the Quality Project Lead (QPL) Capacity Model to improve efficiency and reduce manual activities.
  • Develop automated reports and data visualization tools for Deviations Laboratory OOS investigations Customer Complaints and Rejected Batches to enable proactive quality management.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis for quality improvement projects identifying trends and recommending process enhancements.
  • Assist with the review revision and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to support process improvements and CAPA implementation.
  • Support document management and workflow optimization within Documentum helping streamline document review and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current processes and recommend innovative solutions that improve compliance efficiency and standardization.
  • Gain exposure to Quality Systems regulatory compliance project management and continuous improvement methodologies while building capabilities aligned with future Quality career opportunities.

Compensation

Our Undergraduate co-ops offer an hourly rate between $24.00 - $25.00 dependent upon academic year (rising Junior or Senior).


What We Look For

Academic Background & Work Experience:

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelors degree in a science related field between December 2027 June 2029.
  • Previous related co-ops internships and / or work experience preferred.

Leadership Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience through student organizations athletics Greek life community service volunteer organizations campus programs military service or other leadership roles.
  • A track record of influencing others leading initiatives driving results and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity adapt to changing priorities and solve complex problems.
  • Evidence of grit resilience and perseverance when facing challenges setbacks or competing priorities.
  • Strong learning agility intellectual curiosity and an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue co-op and future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.
  • Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses functions and locations.
