Experience in Agile way of Working

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Banking applications and modern test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in web mobile and API automation testing and have hands-on experience working within Agile teams or POD-based delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web mobile and API applications.

Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium Playwright Appium and Rest Assured.

Validate end-to-end business processes across complex banking applications and integrated systems.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers and QA teams within Agile squads/PODs.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Backlog Grooming Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases.

Track analyze and report test execution results defects and quality metrics.

Contribute to automation strategy framework enhancements and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Domain Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.

Strong understanding of banking products customer journeys and integrated application ecosystems.

Experience working with applications connected to multiple upstream and downstream systems.

Agile Delivery Experience

Hands-on experience working within Agile Scrum teams or POD-based delivery models.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cloud-based testing environments.

Knowledge of modern Quality Engineering practices.

Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.

ISTQB or relevant testing certifications preferred.
